Bienvinedo mis amigos!
In 2010 I spent close to 8 months living in Chile, working as a nanny for a Kiwi family. I lived in Concepcion, a large city about 7 hours drive south of Santiago, I arrived only 2 months after the devastating earthquake that rocked Concepcion and its surrounding areas. The only Spanish I spoke when I arrived was 'Hola'.
This was my first time living in another country, away from my home, family and friends.
